Psychologist Diego Durán began his digital presence with a self-managed blog that slowly evolved into a more complete website. The result, however, had failed to capture what he wanted to communicate with his content.
For someone who provides an online service, conveying professionalism on his website was key. With this in mind and a solid understanding of his target audience, we started working on the redesign of the site.
We worked together to redefine the contents and structure of the site according to his service and the needs and concerns of his audience.
Focusing on mobile, a simple to navigate structure was created, in order to easily reach all the contents of the site from the beginning.
Conveying confidence was one of the client’s main concerns. To achieve this, we worked on the background section, displaying his experience, qualifications and other credentials in an attractive and transparent way.
Making it simple and quick for users to make an appointment with the professional was not only important for the web, but also a differential for the service. Calendly was integrated for this, an ideal tool because it allows appointments without having to go through the coordination with the professional, and also allows patients from different countries to schedule their appointments in their time zone.
